How will I find my beach equipment?

We set-up at your desired location. Beach front? Provide the address of your home, and we will set-up your rentals directly in front! Walking to the beach? Let us know what beach access you will be enjoying the day at. Your beach set-up will be labeled with the name on your reservation. All rentals will be available from 10am until 5pm.

What important laws or rules should I know for the beach?

The Town of Oak Island has rules and regulations for their beach. Be sure to check them out here.

The fine print:

– In case of severe weather (wind, rain, or storm surge), Oak Island Rentals will, at its own discretion, determine whether it is safe to set-up equipment on any given day.  A text notification will be sent if set-up is cancelled due to weather. In the case of severe weather occurring after set-up, the customer may be asked to collapse their beach umbrellas and our team may remove equipment from the beach. 

– Customer is responsible for all damaged or lost equipment due to negligence.

– No refunds except in the event of a mandatory evacuation due to hurricane.
